Summary: | Fractionally linear and plasma semi-infinite media with the waveguide-type dispersion, as well as dispersive and nondispersive linear layers, are considered. The behavior of various ultrashort pulses scattered from interfaces with these media is analyzed. Certain specific features of propagation of various pulses in the aforementioned media are revealed.
