Description
Summary:The authors have developed a digital-processing IC for a ghost canceler that has achieved both high performance in terms of ghost cancellation and reductions in size and cost. This has been done by including several function blocks in the IC. The hardware structure of the IC was flexible to accommodate various cancellation algorithms. The IC also included hardware for processing memorized waveform data by using transversal filters and built-in line memories.< >
