Impatiens rugosipetala sp. nov. (Balsaminaceae) from Arunachal Pradesh, northeast India

Impatiens rugosipetala sp. nov. is described and illustrated from Arunachal Pradesh, northeast India. The species is characterised by brick‐red flowers, narrowly elliptic to lanceolate coriaceous leaves, lower sepal mouth with a thick awn or beak, hooked spur and rugose petals.
