Features of manufacturing technology of low-power silicon photoelectric batteries: Studying their parameters
A procedure for manufacturing photoelectric batteries of various power is designed. A low-power (2–15 W) photoelectric battery is manufactured using a new method of selective etching and scribing. The results of testing in Tashkent are presented; parameters of the batteries manufactured are compared...

Summary: | A procedure for manufacturing photoelectric batteries of various power is designed. A low-power (2–15 W) photoelectric battery is manufactured using a new method of selective etching and scribing. The results of testing in Tashkent are presented; parameters of the batteries manufactured are compared for both methods. The applicability of photoelectric batteries for feeding electric power to low-power energy users, including household appliances, is demonstrated. |
