Summary:	Minor ptosis and pseudoptosis of the breast may be corrected by a "donut" mastopexy. This technique offers the opportunity to reach a good aesthetic result with minimal scarring. A prosthesis is inserted at the time of the mastopexy and the skin is reduced in an elliptical way to achieve a good balance between the breast volume and the skin envelope.
