Summary:The behavior of cascade function for calculation of radiation damage in materials has been investigated at high energy of incident ions. The calculation of displacement cross-sections has been carried out for the number of materials with atomic number Z=13-28, irradiated by protons with the energy up to 25 GeV. It is shown that the displacement cross-section can be obtained within 5-20% error with the help of NRT-formula.
