Description
Summary:New approaches to the preparation of sulfonic acid catalysts derived from wood waste (lignosulfonates) are considered. The data on the features of catalytic systems prepared without carbonization and pyrolysis of the lignocarbohydrate matrix of the biopolymer are summarized, and possible ways of their application in catalysis are described. The results of studies aimed at producing heterogeneous catalysts from biomass are examined.
