Influence of Reagent Emulsification on Coal Flotation in the Presence of Gas Microbubbles
The influence of the dispersion conditions for the apolar flotation agent (collector) on the size distribution of the droplets within the emulsion is established by laser differential analysis of the particle size. The optimal mixing time for the reagent is determined. It is shown that better reagen...

Summary: | The influence of the dispersion conditions for the apolar flotation agent (collector) on the size distribution of the droplets within the emulsion is established by laser differential analysis of the particle size. The optimal mixing time for the reagent is determined. It is shown that better reagent dispersion in the pulp improves the effectiveness of flotation in which gas microbubbles are involved. |
