Summary: | This paper focuses on 30 Wushu athletes of different age groups as a research sample, and uses the improved gray correlation analysis to explore the relationship between balance ability and physical training load. Finding the correlation from the time series of randomness can provide the basis for the factor analysis, the precision analysis of prediction, and then determine the main factors. The test results of load and balance ability are briefly analyzed by setting up the measurement indexes of balance ability and three kinds of physical training programs of load. It can be seen that the average value of one-legged closed-eye standing time after HIIT and FATmax interference is 64.24 and 46.9 respectively, which is increased. Then the gray correlation method was used to analyze the HIIT, FATmax and each balance force index, and it was concluded that in the gray correlation analysis, the value of

is taken as 0.5. The correlations in the results were all above 0.5, which indicated that the selected indexes had a high degree of correlation with the balance force. The HIIT is the major closed-eye one-legged standing performance of the Wushu athletes influencing factor with the highest correlation. |
