Evidences of reentrant magnetism in UNiGa

Magnetic after-effect, magnetization vs. temperature curves measured at different fields after zero- and non-zero field cooling, and magnetic loops have been investigated in a polycrystalline sample of UNiGa. The results obtained confirm the existence of a reentrant magnetic state in UNiGa. The impe...

Description
Summary:Magnetic after-effect, magnetization vs. temperature curves measured at different fields after zero- and non-zero field cooling, and magnetic loops have been investigated in a polycrystalline sample of UNiGa. The results obtained confirm the existence of a reentrant magnetic state in UNiGa. The imperfection of the existing model of the UTX (T-transition metal, X = Al, Ga, Sn) system is discussed.
