The static structure factor of hydrogen in the liquid state

Description
Summary:Both spectroscopic investigations (i.e., neutron and X-ray diffraction and scattering) and quantum simulation techniques have been applied in recent years to the difficult task of the determination of the static structure factor of liquid hydrogen. Using the D4 diffractometer of ILL, we recently obtained a full determination of such an important quantity.
