Summary:	Teaching ultrasound-guided percutaneous breast interventions to a trainee may be a challenge, given the often high-anxiety environment in the subspecialty of breast imaging. This article aims to teach an organized approach, including simulation practice with an emphasis on consistent feedback and role modeling, as well as practical and relevant physics, to help trainees accelerate acquisition of these important skills during their training.
