Description
Summary:The cathodo- and photoluminescence spectra of Cu 3 Ga 5 Se 9 single crystals have been measured at different excitation intensities and temperatures. The results indicate that the radiative recombination of nonequilibrium charge carriers occurs primarily through impurity levels due to anion and cation vacancies. The anion and cation vacancy concentrations can be controlled by thermal and laser anneals.
