Summary:Pemphigus vulgaris is a chronic autoimmune bullous disease, which requires long-term treatment with immunosuppressive drugs that are associated with many complications. Iatrogenic Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) is a variant of Kaposi sarcoma that might complicate long-term immunosuppressive therapy. Here, we report a pemphigus vulgaris patient who developed Kaposi's sarcoma after a long-term treatment with corticosteroid and azathioprine.
