Phase states in solid solutions based on BiFeO3

Concentration and temperature regions of the existence of different phases ( R 3 c , Pbnm , P 4 mm , Amm 2, Pbcm , and Pm 3 m ) in solid solutions of BiFeO 3 -BiMnO 3 , BiFeO 3 -KNbO 3 , and BiFeO 3 -NaNbO 3 are determined.
