Ein Ring nach dem anderen: Ruthenium(0)‐Komplexe von CyJohnPhos oder RuPhos katalysieren die stufenweise C‐C‐Kupplung von Alkin‐Aldehyden mit α‐Ketolen, die einzelne Diastereomere der [4+2]‐Cycloaddukte liefert. Die Methode eignet sich für den konvergenten Aufbau von Typ‐II‐Polyketid‐Ringsystemen der Angucyclin‐Klasse. |
