Description
Summary:The effect heat treatment has on the transport properties of metal–insulator nanocomposites of amorphous structure is investigated. An increase in the electric resistance and magnetoresistance after the heat treatment of nanocomposites in which the concentration of the metal phase lies below the percolation threshold is established. The observed changes are due to structural relaxation of the amorphous dielectric matrix.
