Description
Summary:Vibration is used to compact the concrete mixture in the manufacture of ferroconcrete parts without molds in long configurations. The transfer of vibrations from a cylindrical punch to filler particles in a viscous concrete mixture is studied. A mathematical description is developed for the motion of a spherical filler particle in a viscous medium set vibrating by a cylindrical punch, and its mean velocity and path in chaotic motion are determined. The range of velocity and path values for punch vibration with industrial frequencies and amplitudes is established. Mathematical modeling is employed. The possibility of varying the mean velocity and path in a viscous medium by adjusting punch vibration is established for particles of different size.
