Description
Summary:Changes in the educational system imply a transition to a new teaching model aimed at the formation of key competencies and personal qualities of students, necessary for organizing further independent activities. Thus, the educational paradigm acquires the status of personality-oriented, the priority goal of which is the development of a personality, motivated to self-development, self-improvement and self-realization of one's creative and intellectual potential. The declared directions of the educational system imply the use of certain pedagogical conditions in the organization of training, associated with the use of innovative pedagogical approaches, techniques and interactive forms of education in the educational process. One of the technologies aimed at developing the personal qualities of students and their self-realization is case technology. However, an analysis of the scientific and methodological literature showed that the presented development of educational cases, including in chemistry, is more aimed at developing cognitive interest and deepening knowledge of the subject and, to a lesser extent, at the formation of key competencies. Therefore, the question of the development of training cases focused on the development of meaning formation, self-development, self-improvement of the student is relevant. This direction assumes further research work. The analysis of pedagogical sources made it possible to identify methodological requirements and fundamental structural units of the educational case. Based on the information obtained, the structure of the educational case was developed, which includes three sections: methodical (presented by didactic material containing a description of working with the case, the main tasks and directions in the organization of independent work of students); theoretical (includes thematic and goal-setting parts of educational work) and organizational and research (contains a description of the organization of the culminating, search and effective parts). The article presents the structure of an educational case in chemistry, aimed at developing the key competencies of a student and the results of a pedagogical experiment organized on the basis of secondary schools in Saratov, in order to determine the impact of the educational case on the level of formation of key competencies in the process of studying a school chemistry course. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, the corresponding conclusions were drawn.
