Conversion was considered because initial findings were normal. In the follow-up, high fever and focal seizure were observed. Frontal sinusitis and abscess were detected in cranial magnetic resonance. In this case report, we wanted to emphasize the importance of algorithmic approach in children with syncope in the emergency department. |
