The Modification of Anti-Inflammatory Properties of the Combined use of Nsaids and Glucosamine in Topical Dosage Form for Degenerative and Inflammatory Joint Diseases Treatment

The study on the cotton wool granuloma model in rats showed that the combination had moderate antiproliferative activity of 33.4% and was significantly inferior to ketoprofen gel 2.5%, which had activity of 41.4%, but significantly prevalent chondroitin sulfate gel 5.0%, which had activity of 18.0%.
