First Record of Anarsia beitunica Li et Zheng, 1997 (Lepidoptera, Gelechiidae: Dichomeridinae) for Russia with the Description of a New Subspecies from the Lower Volga Region

Anarsia beitunica Li et Zheng, 1997 is recorded for the first time from Russia, and its new subspecies A. beitunica luteella subsp. n. is described from the Lower Volga Region. The new subspecies differs from the nominotypical subspecies in the yellowish forewings and white hyaline hind wings.
