Summary:Aims to verify engagement at work and turnover intention, a sign that the worker does not feel well at work. 389 people participated, with an average age of 32.2 years, mostly female, single, graduated. The UWES-9, EIR, WDQ (adapted version) and a sociodemographic questionnaire were used. The results reported that the work acts as an antecedent in organizations for indicators in the area of people management and is related to responsibilities and relationships. And, how the worker organizes him or herself in relation to the activities and content, to perform their job, affecting the engagement at work and the intention to leave the company.
