A questionnaire for asthma was done and FACS analysis of the PBMC for NKT cells and intracellular cytokines using PE and FITC anti-Vα24, FITC anti-Vβ11, Cy anti-CD4, Cy anti-CD3, PE anti-IL-4 and PE anti-IFN-γ.
