Description
Summary:Five pancreatic fistulas (17.2%) were diagnosed: 80% grade A, and 20% grade B. Of these, two patients presented delayed gastric emptying, two patients developed intra-abdominal collections and one patient had a septic shock in relation to anastomosis dehiscence. According to our results, this early diagnosis could be possible, although more studies are needed to reach consensus on the cutoff for diagnosis of PF.
