Summary:	In this work, we design a new type of MIP(Micro LED in Package) chips which have higher LEE(Light Extraction Efficiency) by adding an external DBR(Distributed Bragg Reflector) so that the EQE (External Quantum Efficiency) of the MIP is increased. Such MIP chips provide a new choice for Mini LED display with high brightness and low power consumption.
