快速湿法消解—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中9种矿物元素

目的:为婴幼儿配方乳粉矿物元素检测提供一种快速高效的前处理方法.方法:采用快速湿法消解,消解温度120℃,消解时间90 min,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)检测技术对婴幼儿配方乳粉中K、Na、Ca、Mg、P、Fe、ZN、Cu、Mn等9种矿物元素进行检测.结果:9种矿物元素标准曲线的线性相关系数均在0.999 9以上,用婴幼儿配方乳粉标准物质对方法进行了验证,各元素检测值均在其特性值范围内.对市售某品牌婴幼儿配方奶粉进行了加标回收率验证,回收率为95.0%~102.0%,相对标准偏差在5%以内.结论:该方法快速、高效,适用于婴儿配方乳粉中矿物元素的消解....
