离子特性对煤泥水凝聚过程的影响
TD926.4; 本文采用X射线衍射对样品进行了物质组分分析,并通过试验确定了凝聚剂种类和用量、水质条件以及不同离子半径对高泥化煤泥水沉降性能的影响规律,且从电动电位的角度分析了其作用机理.结果表明:单独使用电解质较难满足高泥化煤泥水沉降处理的目的,高价的阳离子Fe3+和Al3+沉降效果明显优于低价的K+和Na+,通过增加Ca2+和Mg2+的浓度来提高了水质硬度,对煤泥水沉降的影响并不明显.半径大的离子相应的压缩双电层的能力就稍大.在相同用量条件下,压缩双电层的效果优于半径小的离子....
