Civil and constitutional procedure and jurisdiction
The Traditional Courts Bill [B15-2008] was intended to come into operation on 29 June 2008 or such earlier date as the President may fix by proclamation in the Government Gazette (cl 24). However, by the end of 2008 it was still wending its way through Parliament.
