Summary:The papers analyze the impact of the pre-campaigns in the conduct of voters in the constitutional electoral process. The research attempted to discover, in light of the theory of the effects of political communication, whether pre-campaigns have an effect or not on constitutional campaign results. It was designed as a questionnaire & a survey was conducted randomly among 385 inhabitants in the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara in March 2009 for getting feedback from citizens about the effect of pre-campaigns. We conclude that the pre-campaign itself influence the voting behavior in the constitutional elections, so that the different parties Politicians have to take care of this type of internal processes & manage well, if they aspire seriously to maintain or achieve positions of power & public representation.
