Description
Summary:This article focuses on changes that has been operating in the process of young professionalization guided by appreciation of learning by doing rather than the stress on the traditional ideal of career trajectory. In this sense, is assigned a special attention to the mechanism of "flip"( "virar") among young people we followed. That is, a learning while doing, make-learn, continued learning, out of frame, which takes place simultaneously with the professional exercise. When dealing with the contemporary world of work, the young researched trigger mechanisms that are allocated in the tension of a contingent solution of a double challenge: to extract pleasure from the profession and ensure financial stability. They see themselves thus, caught, in a "consequent" way of operation, which gain singular shapes in the Brazilian context. Adapted from the source document.
