Summary: | ABSTRACT This article aims to problematize the reality of subalternized populations in Brazil, exposing the way in which Covid-19 makes even more sensitive the conjuncture of death and suffering historically relegated to these subjects. [...]the problematizations of this article reveal that Covid-19 is one of the many elements that exterminate subjects who live under very precarious material conditions, are unable to access public policies and establish self-care strategies. Without intending to exhaust the theme, the article ends by calling for social, political and economic structures to be more sensitive to people, especially those in a situation of subordination, especially in a pandemic situation. |
