Molecular cloning and expression of human leukotriene-C(4) synthase

The molecular cloning and expression of human leukotriene-C4 synthase (LTC4S) are reported. LTC4S was found to be most similar to 5-lipoxygenase activating protein, another protein involved in leukotriene biosynthesis.
