Summary: | The importance of entrepreneurial education to the development of a nation has been recognized in several countries. In recent decades, studies on entrepreneurship forward in terms of visibility and importance, but the subject of entrepreneurial education still lacks a more solid discussion that could help in its maturation, orientation and spread more effectively. Based on these findings, this theoretical development article aims to confront and analyse premises, objectives and methodologies of entrepreneurial education. Its differences in relation to the traditional education have generated the need for new pedagogical models, compatible with skills and attitudes of the individual entrepreneur. This research addresses the nature of entrepreneurial education, its methodological aspects, the role of the teacher, the reference point that the student takes in the process, and didactic and pedagogical practices developed for entrepreneurial learning. |
