Summary:The aim of this study was to conduct a systematic review of voice therapy and its effects in patients with dysphonia. The study is a systematic review of the literature. The survey was conducted from an association of the descriptors "group therapy", "voice" and "dysphonia" (in Portuguese and English) in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and retrieval System Online (Medline) and The Cochrane Library databases. 177 articles were found, of which 11 were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Group voice therapy is effective in the rehabilitation of dysphonia in different target populations.
