Venezuelan migration demonstrates that the complexity of the current migration phenomenon in Latin America is one of neighborhood migration, where immigrants resort to requests for refuge in order to enter and remain in border territory. Regarding the Venezuela/Brazil migration process, the Brazilian territory has been dealing with the implications of the large influx of Venezuelans into the national territory, which requires legal analysis of the situation. In this sense, we sought to take a systematic approach to Venezuelan migration to Brazil, looking at how the state of Amazonas acted between 2017 and 2019, the peak of Venezuelan migration in the region. Thus, we analyzed the actions of the state about treatment and, consequently, the realization of the right to be treated equally by this migrant population. Keywords: Venezuelan migration. A migracao venezuelana demonstra que, a complexidade do fenomeno migratorio atual na America Latina, corresponde a migracao de vizinhanca, onde os imigrantes recorrem as solicitacoes de refugio para entrada e permanencia no territorio fronteirico. Naquilo que diz respeito ao processo migratorio Venezuela-Brasil, o territorio brasileiro tem lidado com as implicacoes com o grande fluxo de venezuelanos no territorio nacional, o que requer que sejam feitas analises juridicas sobre a situacao. Nesse sentido, buscou-se realizar uma abordagem sistematica sobre a migracao venezuelana para o Brasil, trazendo uma leitura sobre como atuou o Estado do Amazonas entre os anos de 2017 a 2019, auge da migracao venezuelana regiao. Assim, analisou-se a atuacao do ente estatal no que diz respeito ao tratamento e, consequentemente na efetivacao do direito de ser tratado de modo igualitario a essa populacao migrante.
