Summary:	This is an article in the field of metallurgical engineering. China is short of bauxite resources, which makes the high alumina fly ash a kind of potential bauxite resources. The extraction of alumina oxide from fly ash will be used as a reserve technology, which will make the in-depth development and research constantly pushed forward. The pre-desilication soda lime sintering method of alumina extraction from fly ash has been introduced as the only large-scale and industrialized manufacture technology. It can provide reference information for technology development and the industrialization, and make the national bauxite strategic reserve system safe.
