Abstract Sagaism is the product of the primitive artistic thought, which reflects the centuries-old national-home life of the nation with its beauty and elegance, contradictions and contradictions. The epic tradition was developed from simple disciplines to professional performances and developed an early basis for the creation of a national saga. The researchers adopted the myth formulas as "the ancient Turkish epic" and participate in the studies as a saga. In the epic mentality of the ancient Turkic language, a more powerful tradition of tradition - a generation of generations - was formed. As a result of his work, the Central Asian epic was not completed in memory. Epic romantic creative style in the epic tradition of this region continues in the same, similar and similar coordinates for the next era of epic creativity. The phrase "Dastan" is a story that reflects the skill, skill, craftiness and heroism, love adventure. As an intrusion, this phrase is music, melody, and so on. The ancient Turkish epic was mostly found in the middle of the 1st millennium BC. However, according to the epic tradition, the events of the ancient times, social, ethnic, aesthetic moods were also reflected in them. The article considers three stages of the Turkish epic culture (Ancient, Medieval, New Turkish Epic Culture). It is emphasized that the residents, who are the main carriers of the Turkish-Oguz epic, lost their former active historical position in the Eastern Islamic context from the early Middle Ages.
