I received many texts and letters of support from friends and strangers alike. I was pleased that Leonid Danylovych Kuchma called me with support and advice. “Crush him” (Churkin)” – Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk emotionally shouted into the phone along with his advice and support. From that moment on, Arseniy Yatsenyuk called several times a day, asking about the plans of our Permanent Mission to the Security Council and the UN General Assembly. He positioned himself not as a boss, but as a concerned partner. |
