Additionally, management considerations have been discussed such as “Fit Notes” and “Presenteeism”. As well as, a focus was placed on additional areas of concern within the U.S.A. in the form of bullying and harassment. Finally, was conducted a survey method within a class at the University of Limerick where 100% of the sample are workers. Therefore, the trends and patterns section outlined a Class Survey, methods for measuring absenteeism and triggers associated with the concept. |
