Summary: | The subject of theoretical considerations and research analysis in this study is made broadly understood activity aimed at helping children and young people solve their problems. The narrative around this topic is based on a review of the literature, complementing it with the results of a pilot study of the experiences of employees of educational, childcare and aid institutions in the practice of effectively helping children and young people. It should be emphasized that in the context of the growing problems of young people, especially those related to the sphere of mental health, it becomes necessary to launch assistance activities within a variety of institutions carrying out tasks for children and adolescents. Important and at the same time necessary seem to be activities aimed at professionalization and support of personnel providing formal and informal assistance to children and young people in the process of struggling with numerous difficulties. |
