铜渣碳热还原改性对Cu、S在铁中溶解行为影响

TD989%TF09; 水淬铜渣中的铁以硅酸盐的形式赋存,为实现Fe、 Si及其他有价元素的分离,提出采用含碳球团法对水淬铜渣进行碳热还原改性.通过研究还原温度、配碳量、还原时间对铜渣的物相转变、铁硅分离、铜硫在铁中溶解行为的影响,优化得出较佳工艺参数.结果 表明:随着温度升高,铜渣中的铁橄榄石逐渐被还原,还原物相为金属Fe和SiO2;同时铁橄榄石还原分解产生的Fe会不断迁移聚集成较大晶粒并与Si逐渐分离.但配碳量过高、反应时间过长均不利于金属铁晶粒长大;在还原改性过程中Cu、S元素会部分溶解进入金属Fe中,其中Cu与Fe可以无限互溶,S在Fe中溶解度几乎为0;较佳工艺参数为反应温度1200℃...
