煤种和焦炭对造气炉料层透气性的影响研究
TD989%TF526; 为克服喷吹煤粉给高炉冶炼带来的不利影响,提出了由造气炉燃烧普通煤产生煤气,自风口喷入高炉替代喷吹煤粉的新工艺,研究了煤种、焦炭添加和煤块粒度对造气炉料层透气性的影响,结果表明:烟煤对炉内料层透气性的影响较大,而无烟煤影响较小;随着无烟煤配比的增加,炉内最大压差逐渐降低,透气性变好,当烟煤和无烟煤的比例为7∶3时,料层的透气性最好;焦炭加入量的增多,使得炉料开始收缩的温度升高,但炉内压差变化很小,对料层透气性影响不大;随着炉料粒度的增大,料层透气性明显改善,适宜的炉料粒度为10 ~ 12.5 mm....
