Structural Features of Monomeric Octahedral Monooxo d2-Rhenium(V) Complexes [ReO()(Lmono)] with Tetradentate Chelate (2O, 2N) Ligands Containing Oxygen and Nitrogen Atoms (Review)

The structural features of twenty mononuclear octahedral monooxo d 2 -Re(V) complexes [ReO( )(L mono )] with tetradentate-chelate (2O, 2N) ( ) and monodentate (L mono ) ligands have been studied. The O( ) atoms or monodentate ligands L mono (Н 2 О, ОR – , and Cl – ) are located in the trans position...

Description
Summary:The structural features of twenty mononuclear octahedral monooxo d 2 -Re(V) complexes [ReO( )(L mono )] with tetradentate-chelate (2O, 2N) ( ) and monodentate (L mono ) ligands have been studied. The O( ) atoms or monodentate ligands L mono (Н 2 О, ОR – , and Cl – ) are located in the trans positions to the multiply bound O(oxo) ligands. Geometric ( trans , cis ) isomerism in two triplets of complexes [ReO( )(L mono )], where L mono = OR – or Cl – , have been considered.
