Summary:In the department of gerontopsychiatry we can encounter various conditions that complicate basic psychiatric treatment, often because of old age, polymorbidity and fragility of hospitalized patients. Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) is a rare disease with high mortality. The case report describes the course of the patient's disease, including treatment, interventions and pharmacological considerations with an emphasis on multidisciplinary cooperation.
