Summary:A case of retroperitoneal sarcoma in a kidney transplanted patient is presented. We describe the presentation pattern and the aggressive outcome despite the surgical removal of 5.900 gr. retroperitoneal tumor, included native kidney. The patient died due multiple metastasis six months later. An interesting iconography shows the great volume of the tumor.
