Summary: | Retroperitoneal haematoma, a rare complication in patients with traumatism or surgery of the inguinal region, may be clinically silent and difficult diagnosis. Authors analyse the anatomy of the inguinal region and their relationship with retroperitoneal space concluding that clinical suspicion and computed tomography are the elements of choice in the diagnosis of this complication. |
