Summary:	We report on a patient with two primary and synchronous urological tumors (hypernephroma and leiomyosarcoma of the bladder). Patient follow-up of 14 months revealed no evidence of tumor recurrence. The clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this rare tumor of the bladder are highlighted. We consider surgical treatment mandatory and radio- and chemotherapy adjunctive treatment modalities.
