Description
Summary:The results of central hemodynamic and myocardial contractility studies during hemodialysis in 62 patients with severe fluoroorganic insecticide poisoning complicated by exotoxic shock are reviewed. It has been established that hemodynamic disturbances are manifested in progressing fall of venous pressure, stroke volume and cardiac output accompanied by the onset of phase myocardial hypodynamia syndrome. The leading role of hypovolemia resulting from ultrafiltration in the pathogenesis of the above hemodynamic disturbances has been revealed. The results obtained make it possible to outline approaches aimed at correction of intraoperative hemodynamic disturbances and to increase safety of extracorporeal hemodialysis.
