Summary: | The clinical and neuroradiological findings in a case of semilobar holoprosencephaly associated to hypernatremia behaving like diabetes insipidus are described. The differential diagnosis with a neurogenic hypernatremia is discussed. The advantages of ultrasounds in the diagnosis of this malformation are pointed out.
